  • Program: Tax Resolution Confidential Consultation: When you opt-in for our tax resolution confidential consultation, you agree to receive appointment reminders via SMS. You can subscribe by checking the appropriate box on our website.
  • SMS Service Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our phone number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin the service, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • Messaging Assistance: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to annette@compasstaxrelief.com.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 text message reminders regarding your appointment. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
